Hi, I’m Niki - Founder of COOKFAST.

Throughout all the lockdowns, I tried many convenience foods - ready meals, recipe boxes and meal subscriptions - but to be brutally honest, they simply didn't satisfy me.

Recipe boxes took too long to cook and were too fiddly, where ready meals were largely tasteless slop in a tub and subscription options quickly got boring, time consuming and most times when I forgot a box was due - I still had to pay!

I LOVE food but I'm always short on time, so I started to wonder - could I actually innovate in the ready meals category? Could I make great tasting, speedy, convenient food?

I think I might just have found the solution. Enter COOKFAST.

I've worked in the food industry in London for a while, I've pulled in some excellent chefs and used my contacts over this time to develop our own unique recipes and a menu that I hope you will enjoy.
